I am so happy I received an ARC for this book! This is the first book I've read by this author and I would happily read more of her work. I knew some of the history before reading this book so I knew a bit about where this story would go. But I absolutely loved the voices and intimate relationships these historical characters were given by this author. She did a fantastic job of breathing life into a story that may have been heard before this. Everyone knows Helen's story, more or less, so to follow her sister and watch brilliantly woven fact and fiction unfold grips you. Well done queen. He deserved what was coming to him and your determination to see your plan to the end is awe-inspiring. Clytemnestra's tragic story leaves you breathless at times. For all historical fiction lovers, this is a must read book. I also loved this book cover. The Greek vibes and reflected images were cool.
