I never would've thought that a story told from Clytemnestra's POV would be so fascinating to me. She's always a minor character in the classic tales of the Trojan war. I loved reading this viewpoint and seeing the world through the eyes of an ancient Spartan woman. I honestly haven't ever read any historical fiction from this time period other than the classic Greek myths, so I'm thoroughly interested and fascinated in this. I would definitely buy this book to see where it leads.
