I wasn't expecting to get sucked into this one, but I found it gripping from the first page! I think the writing is great, and it's super easy to follow. I immediately wanted to learn more about Clytemnestra and see what she's capable of. The lyrical writing, promise of Greek god intervention, and kick butt female protagonists make for an intriguing premise and a strong start to this novel.
I would absolutely read more to see what trials Clytemnestra will overcome. I think the cover is appropriate and matches the tone and time period of the novel. I also think the book will appeal to a wide audience as it seems to have something for everyone to enjoy so far.
