I found myself scrolling through this excerpt, enjoying it very much, and when it ended, I was still scrolling on my mouse trying to get to more of the book!
I have read and loved many books by Lorna Landvik in the past, and this one sets up like a tale I would thoroughly enjoy! I imagine fifty years of newspaper columns will be quite the historical walk down memory lane. And maybe those letters to the editor in a small town newspaper will introduce us to some interesting characters.
From the samples in the excerpt, I would love to read Haze's columns! I'm a little disappointed that the columns in the excerpt did not include any of the "Radical Hag's" recipes. It could be a culinary trip down memory lane, as well!
