This book seems to jump from now to the 1960's and back again with no rhyme or reason! It keeps you trying to guess what comes next and how all of this might come together for the benefit of Haze, as well as Susan, the current editor of the Granite Creek Gazette. Whatever the end game is of this funny little novel, I am hooked and can't wait to get more of the Granite Creek inhabitants.
