Lorna Landvik is back! Haze Evans just turned 81 years old, and is still writing a biweekly column for her local newspaper. When she started the column over 50 years ago, she said she would wrote about "what moves me, what riles me up or makes me sad." Unfortunately she has a stroke just after her birthday. The current edition (granddaughter of the one that hired Haze, decides to start running Haze's older columns. They are engaging and reflective of the time and Haze's young age when she started. I look forward to reading more- the first few chapters kept a smile on my face as I got to know some of the characters and their quirks.
