Poignant and Full of Heart

You can tell right away that Haze is quiet a character. Her voice is vibrant and bold and full of a no nonsense-take-charge attitude. I liked her sassy personality and her easy way of connecting to her readers but also everyone she came into contact with. Susan is also an interesting character and I'd be interested to see how Haze will help her overcome her life obstacles. The split timeline gives this read a very nostalgic feel to it.

I'm not too crazy about the cover though, it doesn't really match the vibe of the story.
