Just from the summary of this book, I was hooked. I'm a sucker for two people who don't get along being forced together for a bigger purpose. Add in a magic system and I am completed sucked in. Then I read the first look and the writing style completely enchanted me. You can just tell that you will be left with some lines that linger long after the page is turned.
