Being back in the shadowhunter world was so wonderful. I adore books that are set in the same world over generations. Seeing relations and "easter eggs" hype me up. Plus, this was beautiful. I've only recently gotten into the Ms. Clare fanbase but I'm here to stay. The writing was beautiful. The story was intriguing. I cried with the characters. I enjoy turmoil and let me tell you, there is PLENTY of that in this book. I connected with almost all of the main characters. Except that one. You'll read this book and know exactly which one I'm talking about. That ones gotta go lol. Alas, they are detrimental to the turmoil of the book and must stay lol I can't wait for the sequel to come out. Let the countdown begin!
