Cassandra Clare has done it again; she has a certain talent for giving you what you want, but not giving you what you want at the same time. The characters in this book are amazing. Who can't help but like Jamie, Cordelia, Matthew and Lucie. You also get Tessa, Will, Jem and Magnus. I'm just excited because Magnus will be an even bigger character in the next two books. Can he please be the one to break that bracelet off of James. Grace needs to go away; I wanted to feel sympathy for her, but when she started manipulating Matthew and pulling her crud with James I had it with her. You know who did pleasantly surprise me though, Alastair. I was applauding him at the end of the book when he stood up for himself. While he and James or even Matthew will never be friends (Way too much bad blood there) I do think that I would like to see them become amicable. Overall I just want to see James and Cordelia together forever and ever, because if Magnus can sense anything it is true love. I'm very curious about Matthew's feelings for Cordelia though. I mean she is clearly in love with James, even if he's too blind to see it. Are we going to have a replay of the famous Tessa/Jem/Will love triangle, which is still my favorite triangle to date, because everyone wins. I need to go cry now because it will be forever until Chain of Iron is released and I can keep reading about the Castairs, Herondales and everyone else. Lets face it there are so many questions and I don't like that there is a year between me and the next book.
