The Merry Thieves were the best part in CoG. Just seeing all of them together bickering was hilarious and heartwarming. And the fact that Lucie and Cordelia are going to be parabatai is so exciting!!! Another Herondale and Carstairs pairing!!! Yesss!!!
I don't remember a lot of what happened in The Lost Herondale, so I forgot what Alastair did to the boys. Nor did I read The Ghosts of the Shadow Market yet, so I have no idea what the secret Matthew has locked up within. I'll keep in mind to read that soon.
Anyways, I really loved all the children in CoG😍 (Charles not included😒)!!!
And let's not even speak of that monster, Grace Blackthorn. I despise her!!!😡

Alastairs made funny remarks, that actually got me questioning a lot of things, lol.😂
"Stop looking at yourself," said Alastair, in a weary tone. "Why are women always looking at themselves? And why are you frowning?"
^He's right about that.🤣
Oh! And Will was just as funny as ever! Seeing him acting as a parent was funny.
"'If you don't throw yourself into situations headlong, James and Lucie, you can expect bread and water for supper again.'"
Sona's face when she heard Will say that! 😂
And it seems that James has the same fear of ducks as Will! That's hilarious, lol.
"“That’s ridiculous,” Christopher said. “It is as if one was bitten by a duck and years later one shot a completely different duck and ate it for dinner, and called that revenge.”
“This is bad enough without mentioning ducks,” said James. He had never fancied ducks since one had bitten him in Hyde Park as a small child."
