I have heard a lot about Cassandra Clare's world which includes a number of series but I have never had the chance to read anything from her. I very much enjoyed this preview, although the some of the mythology and technology feels a little rushed so early in the story. That being said, the dynamics of the shadowhunter group are a big draw for me to keep reading and the larger mundane/underworld politics pique my interest.
