This First Look really didn't do it for me. The cover is a bit bland. The synopsis seems generic, like I've seen ads for handfuls of movies that have the same basic premise. The prelude was confusing. The writing felt choppy and different from what I'd expected for this kind of book. I'm sure this book is better than the First Look made it seem, but I don't think it highlighted the greatest parts.
