I love Cape May and have many fond memories there. Have visited off-times and the author certainly captures the unique feel of the place when few people are there. I felt sorry for Henry and didn't particularly care for Effie. Childishly wishing for the buzz of Summer Cape May, when she is newly married and should only have eyes for Henry. Although the first look drops off before much happens, I can see the potential for their new union to terribly awry!
