I initially thought the book would be about a very young, just married couple and their life together but I see this is going to be much, much more. I really didn't like either character very much, Henry and his self doubt, Effie being so self absorbed on her honeymoon. Definitely got interesting as an old acquaintance and her wild crowd is introduced, can easily see a lot of trouble ahead for the newly married couple!
