Right away, this is not a book of my usual choosing. However after reading the first look I fell in love with the writing style and language choice. It was captivating, sophisticating, but had a dark edge to it. You can feel the energy and mystery. Plus it leaves you on a little cliffhanger at the end of the first look so it begs you to keep reading.
