I was sold when I realized it was a take on a Jane Austen novel. The first few chapters drew me in and I can't wait to find out if the main character, Anne, ends up finding her way back to her first love. I'm a sucker for these types of stories. I recently found my way back to my childhood crush and I am now enjoying my chance at true love and happiness. I do worry about Larry, the other man in the book. I surely hope Anne does not break his heart. I forsee problems with them already. In my opinion, she needs to be up front with him about Adam and their former connection. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of this book, and finding out how the rest of the story pans out.
The cover is wonderful. I would definitely pick it up if I was in a bookstore. I'd love to be able to walk into the bookstore that was chosen for the cover. It is so charming and inviting.
