This is a cute funny beach read. It is a romantic book with quick bites of humor. The characters start revealing themselves from the first page. A few pages is enough to let the reader know if this is their type of book. Anne Corey is the main character, a professor whose old boyfriend becomes her boss. Untidy and messy Anne has to learn how to bottle her feelings and work with him. Needless to say, not easy. A formula book,is how I would describe this, romantic and silly, to take you away from your daily life. Adam, her boss at the university, is a little more developed but mostly the story is from Anne's point of view. Worth reading if only to make you remember that time of your life, or imagine Anne's.
