After only reading the short extract of the book, I instantly fell in love. The author really made me feel for the character. The way she was a clutz and the way I imagined her fumbling into life and learning the hard ways. She felt for her students from her past a connection that only she knew. The way it clashes the feelings of love, anger and just wanting the world to swallow you instantly, made me read the extract and not want to stop. You route for her and want her to succeed, not medal in her past life. The way the author made the two 'friends' at the beginning differ was great. It makea me wonder how it ends for them. I honestly can't wait to read the full book. A laugh our loud, public strings book.
