This is a new to me author. I thought the story was fast paced and allowed the story to flow easily. It had little twists and turns along the way. I am hopeful that book #2 will give updates of the people we have met in breakfast at honey creek cafe. Each chapter focuses about a different person, I thought that was a great set up and keep you moving thru guickly. Great summer read on the beach! I was surprised by the ending and how it got the bad person and within 2 chapters the book ended, I thought it would give a little more, and felt like the ending could have flowed differently but maybe she picks up where she left off, would have to read others to figure it out. The writing style flowed so nice. Thanks netgalley for the preview.
