The cover for Breakfast at the Honey Creek Cafe is bright and cheerful. It doesn’t really make me personally want to read the book, but it is a pretty cover. The first look gives us two “new to town” male POV’s and then the mayor’s POV. Piper Mackenzie’s faux fiancé just went missing and so did the sherif. So now Colby, a cop, has come to town to see what in the world is going on. And Sam has come to town in his fathers stead as the new preacher. To me it seems as if he has ulterior motives, but that’s to be seen. It’s well written and has a suspenseful edge to it, so I think anyone who enjoys romance with a touch of suspense, will like this story.
