I'm not a fan of romance so I didn't expect this book to capture my attention BUT it did. At least Sam did. There's a bit of sadness and anger in Sam and I'm interested in seeing how he deals with that along with everything else going on.
Also, the writing seems to be pretty good and the story isn't half bad.
