While I understand some of the other reviews about slow pacing, I found it to be an endearing meditation on realistic characters. I do enjoy "slice of life" type novels or stories where you get an in depth look at the characters and feel this fits in well in that category. Not sure if I would recommend or buy, but I found the stories sweet.
