I was so drawn to this book initially. The synopsis made it seem like a thriller based in a theatre. Instead, this was an extremely drawn out thriller (I didn't feel as though it was suspenseful until the last 30 pages), so many characters that I couldn't keep track of and I plot I was not invested in. I so wanted to like this book. The main character was likable, but I could not get invested in the murder investigation and any of the supporting characters. The book is well written and it is apparent that the plot was well thought out, however the same story could have been written in about half of the pages. I felt as though I struggled through the entire book and was never drawn to reading on a daily basis.
