The latest Jane Tennison on offer definitely starts off well and ends with a great cliffhanger leaving me wanting more! In this latest, Jane is feeling a little down as she's in a less desirable work position (the sexism she faces never fails to grate) and has just turned 30. I appreciate that Lynda LaPlante doesn't sugarcoat the challenges she faces, but also enjoy Jane's excellent detecting and would love to read more.
