In short: I'm Living
The Witchland novels have quickly carved out their very own space in my heart, and seeing as the Bloodwitch release is still a few months off I was hesitant to read the preview. I knew chances were I'd really like it, which would make waiting these coming months that much harder. Ultimately though, I did decide to read because I miss these idiots I've so quickly grown to love (even though I'm currently rereading Truthwitch, yet again, I was too excited to resist new material from my favourite children). Turns out, I was right. I do really like it. I am so excited, waiting the coming months is not going to be easy. I can't wait to see how events unfold, how these characters progress. I always knew waiting a little longer for its release would be worth it, and I've never been surer that it will be.
Lastly, I can't write this review without mentioning Vivia. I love her with all my heart. I was worried she would have less space in this instalment, but judging from these first seven chapters that won't be the case. Although I can't wait to see what happens for all of the characters, I have a soft spot for her, and I'm so happy she gets to keep shining! I just!! Can't wait!
