The author really captured me with all of the descriptions of the architecture and how the characters worked on & in the Holy Sanctum.

But solving murders that keep piling up is not easy. When Cat has been hiding secrets from Simon and he finds out, a rift is formed. The killer sees an opening but Cat doesn’t quite respond the way he likes so he takes even more horrifying measures. Cat could lose everyone she’s ever loved.
This was one story I had trouble putting down. As I turned each page I was anxious to see what was next. I would definitely recommend this if you’re interested in reading a murder/love/mystery.
