I'm not a huge fan of contemporaries, so I didnt find this one particularly interesting. I can appreciate the inclusivity and diversity of modern fiction. However, this book didn't quite do it for me. I can see other people being charmed or interested by the writing/premise if contemporary is their preferred literature.
