This is a mystery thriller about Eva who got struck by a lightning and woke up with minor amnesia. She's being accused as the one who murdered her mom, Kat.
There were several characters who plays an important role in the story, each of them may be the suspect but the author makes you think out of the box and work on your imagination.
The writing style is quite wordy and was difficult to follow for a few pages but you soon get in the swing of it and realize how captivating it is. The flashbacks were a bit confusing because there were no backstory that will connect both sides of Kat and Eva. There is a serious jump in the timeline which is 25 years.
I would love to reread it again and see a different perspective.
