I really enjoyed Christina McDonald’s second novel, Behind Every Lie. It is just as well written, suspenseful, and addicting as The Night Olivia Fell, and I think this is a must read for every domestic suspense/thriller lover. I liked the alternating points-of-view between mother and daughter, and the suspicion that every character is under as the plot unfolds. I normally have issues with books that feature characters with memory loss – no particular reason but l typically don’t like them but that was not the case with this book. There were lots of twists and turns and I totally loved this book. Christina McDonald is a favorite author! This book is not to be missed - add it to your TBR pile now!
