This is one of those books that you pick up, start reading and are left with questions so you keep reading.

At some point in the story you yell “oh my gosh! Seriously?!” Then read some more.

Everything ties in at the end with no cliff hangers or loose ends and you wish there was more to read about their lives and how they are doing.

This is the authors second book and it is just as good as the first, she didn’t get that weird crappy second book thing that authors get on their se one debut. Compared to her first book I would say it held up well. Great writing, not repetitive, and leaves you wanting more. I didn’t find any grammatical errors that would cause me pause so that was nice.

The plot was great, I guessed a few things but not all of it.

I wasn’t sure who to blame, if I could pin it on the shady politician, the wife or the daughter? Maybe neither of them.
