I was captivated by McDonald's debut novel and I was equally enthralled with the First Look of Behind Every Lie, a book that follows Eva as she tries to piece together her life after being struck by lighting and discovering she's a suspect in her mother's murder. A truly suspenseful book that had me from page one. I cannot wait to read more and I especially cannot wait to see what Christina McDonald has in store for us next!
