Beasts of Prey introduces us to Koffi and Ekon, two fantastically crafted characters who are brought together by fate. I really enjoyed getting to know them and exploring their world. While neither character is perfect and each is carrying their own secrets, the journey that they take together will keep you turning the pages. At close to 500 pages, the book is a big one but it since you wont' be able to put it down, the pages fly by!

Beasts of Prey ends on quite a cliffhanger, setting up the continuation of the series. I can't wait to read more and see what happens next. I am happy to highly recommend this book and look forward to more from Ayana Gray very soon.

Thank you to Bookish First for the preview and to NetGalley and the publisher, Putnam Books for Young Readers, for my advanced copy of Beasts of Prey in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed here are my own.
