I liked the first look introduction to such a descriptive world that transports you to the heart of Lkossa. The writing style did seem a little younger than the 16-17 range of Koffi and Ekon but I can see this giving the younger side of YA the ability to appreciate the culturally and magically charged atmosphere. The cover is an immediate insta-buy worthy design that fits the world and darkness lingering in these pages. I cannot wait to learn more about the Night Zoo and How our duo handles the Stetani.
