Exciting, beautiful, and intriguing, I can't wait to read more!
As a lover of YA fantasy, the synopsis for this book intrigued me right away and I have been waiting to get my hands on it. Hidden magical powers? A unique fantasy world? Unlikely alliances? Plus a character who cares for dangerous creatures? I was sold from the first page and the excerpt ended at the perfect point as I cannot wait to see what happens next!
I am really intrigued by both Koffi and Ekon's characters and the different sort of lives that they live and I am really excited to learn more about them. I also cannot wait to see how Koffi and Ekon's stories intertwine as the novel progresses. I am also excited to witness more of the world of the novel as I am really intrigued by what has been introduced thus far.
And this cover is absolutely gorgeous! The jungle leaves/plants combined with the snake poised to strike definitely fit the sort of vibes that I am getting from the book so far, especially when it comes to the dangers that surround the Greater Jungle and the creature or monster that resides within.
