I like the voice and vibe of the story. It has a really good vibe before I read the synopsis I described it as Grease and Footloose (well what I assume since I have not seen either). Once I read the synopsis and saw The Outsiders which have read (I agree). There is also a lot of interesting threads (I can't decide on my favorite so I'm just to say the rich girl who got downgraded into town). I really would like to see a rival cities/towns/high schools/ rich vs poor in young adult again. It will be interesting seeing where they will take this retelling from.
