Bad City: Peril and Power in the City of Angels by Paul Pringle isn't my usual kind of book. In general, I find that books written by someone about a notable thing they accomplished can be a tad over exaggerated and one-sided. That being said, I don't get that vibe in the First Look, so I am cautiously interested.
