When I read through the description of this book, I had my doubts. One girl with three boys on a camping trip?? It sounded like it was written just to sell books, but I was intrigued from the first page. It's believable, funny, and well written! And I have to admit, in high school, I was the girl who hung out with the boys. They didn't take themselves too seriously, they had a lot less drama than girls, and they listened to what I said--or at least pretended to.
I also love a good adventure story--fiction and non-fiction--especially one that is set in the mountains, so all around this tale sounds like a win-win for me. I will definitely be adding this one to my to be read list on Goodreads!
