I waited and waited to read this book. It sounded like Deliverance and Fargo and some other movies I've seen. One girl goes camping with three guys. (Ya, that's gonna end well.)
There's a late night poker game and a plan. But the plan keeps changing and changing. Stuff keeps happening. The fire. The snow. A bear. An axe. Then one of them is missing. Strange.
There's secrets and jealousy. The past and the present. Drama and all that. Friends, enemies, frien-enemies.
The writing is good. It starts strong. If you enjoy multiple points of view, you got it here. It may seem slow at first, but by the last 1/4 of the book...it picks up.
