A Fun Character in a Fun Setting

I enjoyed my introduction to Auntie Poldi and am curious to see what adventures unfold in her new life. Anyone who has ever felt the desire to move somewhere new, start over, make more friends, and do something different will surely be drawn to this first-person narrative about Auntie. And too, I suspect that more people than care to admit have selected a new home based on Poldi's same criteria: that gut reaction, a sense that "Yes, this is it" without even being sure why. Of course, this book adds the extra charm of an Italian setting with the quirks of a small town and ancient customs.I look forward to reading the rest of the book beyond this ARC chapter. Who knows what fun or scary adventures are in store for Poldi ...and the readers.
