From the synopsis I didn't really know if it was my type of book but I decided to give it a shot anyway. While I liked the story and the tone that was set, I couldn't really get past the writing style/narrative. There were many (hopefully purposeful) mistakes and it was often just rambling without specific purpose. Still, an enjoyable and entertaining short read.
