I really enjoyed this book. It is a quick read, partly because of the length and partly because it it really interesting. The premise is that everyone in the town gets to make one wish. Some people use their wishes to make someone love them, some use their wish to gain financial stability, and others use their wish to better their looks or athletic ability. The main character of this book is approaching the day of his wish, and he has no idea what his wish will be. Facing pressure from his family to wish for a certain thing, the main character goes on a journey to discover the motives behind other people’s wishes and whether they truly found the happiness they were looking for. The ending is one to remember!
