My first impression is that this is going to be a very interesting novel. The cover does a great job of pulling you in. The main character, Eldon clearly does not display the typical reaction one might have when getting a wish granted. He seems to be dreading the event leading up to his wish night. I am excited to see how he navigates the expectations placed on him while choosing a wish for himself.
