Thrilled to find a Historical Fiction book story in the US

I have recently read many novels which center around devastation after war has ended. Here we have a story of the war being over and a family united in building their life in America. Shocked and unaware that there could be health epidemic in Philadelphia - the Spanish Flu which would tear there family apart, they try their best to stay alive. Sadly but fortunately, there is a new bond that is formed from the survivors of the family who must strive to persist and carry on. This is a must read for me.
