Anatomy of a Scandal tells the story of Sophie, James, and Kate. James is accused of raping a colleague with whom he had an affair, and Sophie wants nothing more than to believe he is telling the truth. Until now, they have seemed to be the picture of a happy family. Kate is a lawyer, hoping to bring in a conviction in this case. Told from alternating points of view, we get to see through the eyes of each character their sides of the story. I love how fleshed out each character is and reading the story through their own eyes... it makes unsure of who to trust. I couldn't put this book down and I am sure you will not be able to either.
