This was a pretty interesting read ngl, im not sure if i really cared much for the ending but i mean it was rather realistic, this book was interesting to me too bc its not the American legal system so it was cool to see how the Brits do things!
I think this book does a pretty good job of painting a realistic picture of rape in the legal system and how often and easy it is for people to get away with it and it paints a realistic picture of many rapists as well. Many of them believe what James did, that he wasn't wrong, that its force isn't r*pe, so on and so forth.
This book might not have had a happy ending (i mean it hints at it tho) but like i said all too often that's what happens in the end anyways so i think its a pretty good book! didn't see some of those things coming ill admit that too lol
