A great character-driven thriller that tackles a tough topic

I received a physical ARC(advance reader copy) of Anatomy of a Scandal by Sarah Vaughan before it came out but didn't manage to get around to reading it until last month when I picked up the paperback sent to me by Atria for the paperback release. I've been trying to read more in the Thriller/Suspense genre lately so Anatomy of a Scandal fit the bill nicely for me. I really appreciate that Sarah Vaughan tackled such serious topics and did it in a way that made it easier for the reader to digest. I don't want to give too much away but I will say this one has an expertly-crafted plot. I love that she gave multiple POVs from the same story so the reader can see how it affected everyone differently. I have to include a trigger warning for rape and sexual assault. Other than that I highly recommend this one to lovers of heart-stopping thrillers!
