There's something about seeing the rich and privileged fall from grace that brings out my inner voyeur. For a politician having an affair is scandalous enough but there's obviously something even worse and possibly criminal about to be revealed and I am dying to know what it is! Meeting the adorable kids in this chapter makes the destruction of their family even more tragic. I anticipate a lot of secrets and lies being exposed and maybe some surprising twists too. This is exactly the type of juicy story to pass a cold winter's night!
I really like the cover because there is some deception and possibly spying going on in the story and I wonder if it's the wife, mistress or someone else represented.
