What's not to love about "An Improbable Pairing?" The main characters Scott and Millie thrill with their sophistication and mystery. 1960's France is a gorgeous and exhilarating back drop for this fabulous historical romp. The characters, even at a first look, will draw readers in with their aura of grace and beauty. Very detailed in the presentation yet easy to read, romance and history abounds in this wonderful plot. I love how the characters are weaved into the cityscape of of Geneva and how the "American" is mentioned, all in good humor. The author really knows how to tell a story and it's almost as if the book was written during the exact time frame it takes place in. Such a lovely and entertaining read, can't wait to get the final take!
