Last year, my book bestie and fellow thriller addict Bilan raved about The Wife Between Us, by debut duo Greer Hendricks & Sarah Pekkanen (Pekkanen has quite a few solo books, but this was the first novel they published as co-authors). And then Bilan was generous enough to send me her ARC of the book! We send each other books a lot and I love it. 🖤

I flew through The Wife Between Us! It was fun and full of twists. So when I received an ARC of the author duo’s new book from St. Martin's Press, I eagerly dove in.

An Anonymous Girl was SO much fun! The premise gripped me right from the start - a psychological study on ethics and morality seeks women ages 18-32, offering generous compensation and guaranteeing anonymity. Jessica Farris lives from paycheck to paycheck, so the offer of compensation in exchange for the answers to a few simple questions is too tempting to pass up. But as the study grows more intense and more invasive, she begins to question Dr. Shields’ motivations and who she can or cannot trust.

I absolutely love psychological thrillers and really enjoyed reading this one, which was just as twisted and even more addictive than The Wife Between Us.
